  • We have several variations of this dish that we make often, but this is probably the recipie that I go to most often. A relatively quick side dish that goes well with steak or fish.

  • My favorite way to prepare Filet Mignon, this is a quick and simple marinade. I typically prepare two filets in one quart ziplock bag with the marinade and then freeze for later use. They are best if cooked before freezing and left to marinade for three to four hours before cooking.
