Kale Chips

These are a fantastic alternative to traditional chips. A simple recipe that is quick and easy. 

1 bunch of kale

2 tbsp of olive oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp dried minced onion

1/2 tsp dried garlic and peppers

 Wash and spin dry kale. Cut stem out of each piece, you will end up with two peices from each original. Mix olive oil, sea salt, minced onion and dried garlic and peppers. Toss oil mixture with kale and then place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 12 - 15 minutes or until kale chips are slightly browned.
