Kielbasa and Cabbage

Cabbage and sausage go well together and the crockpot makes this an easy favorite.

1lb of Polish Kielbasa sliced into quarter inch slices

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 medium sized yellow onions chopped

1 clove garlic minced

2 pounds of white potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 small cabbage, cored amd sliced

1 teaspoon of pepper

3/4 cup water

In large frying pan heat olive oil and brown kielbasa for 5 minutes. Move kielbasa to the crock pot. Add onion and garlic to frying pan and brown while stirring often for 5 minutes. Add browned onion and garlic to crockpot and then add remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4.5 hours and serve hot.
