Salmon Patties

A quick and delicious dinner, Salmon Patties can be made quickly and taste great.

1 7oz. can of boneless and skinless salmon

1 medium onion

3 tablespoons of minced garlic

1 egg

2 tablespoons of hot mustard

1 tablespoon of horseradish

3 tablespoons of dried bread crumbs

2 tablespoons of olive oil

In skillet add olive oil with half of the minced garlic and onion and cook over medium heat. Place remaining onion and garlic in a bowl with egg, mustard and horesradish. Mix these ingredients and then add salmon. Mix in breadcrumbs, divide mixture into two patties and then fry in skillet until golden brown. Goes great with mac and cheese with a side salad.
