Onion Burgers

Burgers are a quick favorite that can be made easily on the grill. I like to add a few ingredients to the low fat ground beef to give some extra flavor. I usually make extra and freeze them for a quick dinner at a later date.

Makes 4 1/4 pound burgers

1lb of 7% fat or lower ground beef

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 packet of instant onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients together in one bowl so that the ingredients are evenly dispersed. Make into four 1/4 pound patties and grill to desired temperature. Top with your choice of hamburger toppings. Burger patties can be frozen and placed straight onto the grill at a later date.
